By using fenca, you agree to provide accurate and lawful information when requesting quotes or interacting with installers.
You must not use the platform for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes.
2. Quotes and service delivery
fenca connects homeowners and installers but does not itself perform installation or removal services.
Final scope, timing, pricing, and payment terms are agreed directly between homeowner and installer.
3. Liability and availability
We aim to keep the service available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, quote acceptance, or specific project outcomes.
To the extent permitted by law, fenca is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from installer selection or project performance.
4. Updates to these terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
